I enjoyed being in this place. The staff was super friendly, and requests were handled quickly. The hotel was in an incredible location close to a very quiet motorway junction and Aachen city centre in about 35 minutes.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, being close to the city center and easily accessible by public transport or car. You can reach the center in about 35 minutes on foot or take the bus just around the corner. the hotel is also perfect if you're traveling from Germany to Belgium or the Netherlands as it is located near the Autobahn.

Some guests have mentioned issues with cleanliness and the reception being closed at times, which could be inconvenient. these seem to be isolated incidents and not a reflection of the overall experience at the hotel.

The place was clean and we loved the twin room. the staff were both really helpful and excellent. the hotel was next to the nearest restaurant, very quiet, and in the center of Aachen.

For the price we paid, the value we got at Ibis Budget was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good shower and fast Wifi. The location right off the autobahn was perfect for our stopover, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
